Is waking up early to work out worth the effort? New post is up! Link in bio. I always thought I wasn't a "morning person." Here's how I realized I was living a lie. It's a controversial proposal to wake up earlier than you need to, as the outraged backlash to Edith Zimmerman's modest but convincing argument for waking up "obscenely early" in @thecut proved. But I'm as reformed a night owl as they come. And, with a few caveats to those who have time or location or financial constraints, I believe everyone is capable of giving it a shot. Get so comfortable with running that you become one with the treadmill, as kind of appears to be the case here with @jennyisaname. If the brand-new @precisionrun studio can't convince haters of running to give it a try, probably nothing can. The @woodwaytreadmills learn your speed preferences and turn them into simple smart keys and (more importantly) a recovery button. Precision Run says this will "ruin all other treadmills for you."
